Computational Approaches to Literary Studies: From Close to Distant Reading, 8 May 2026, Neuchâtel

The third workshop of the Swiss Literary PhD Network, organised by Mattia Ferraro (Neuchâtel) focused on digital humanities approaches in literary studies.

Keynote speakers: Prof. Dr. Lindsay Thomas (Cornell) on Measuring the Long Novel: Popularity and Prestige in the 20th Century, and Sanghoon Oh, M.A., (Cornell) on the Computational History of Free Verse.
